                           $2,500 per week June 7-June 21   
Summer          $3,300 per week June 21-July 12
Peak Season  $3,700 per week July 12 -August 9
Summer          $3,300 per week August 9-August 23
Post Season   $2,900 per week August 23-August 30 
                          $2,500 per week August 30-September 27 
                   
We ask our guests to clean High Hopes before leaving.
A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200 is required of all renters.
