Rental Seasons and Rates for 2023

Pre-Season    $1,500 per week April 22-May 13
                          $1,800 per week May 13-June 3 
                          $2,300 per week June 3-June 17

Summer           $3,100 per week June 17-July 15
Peak Season  $3,500  per week July 15 -August 12
Summer          $3,100 per week August 12 - August 26
Post Season     $2,650 per week August 26-Sept. 2
                            $2,100 per week Sept. 2- October 14

We ask our guests to clean High Hopes before leaving.
A refundable cleaning/ damage deposit of $200
​is required of all renters.
